SEND LAWYERS, GUNS AND MONEY!
We can’t help with the guns and money, we’re holding on to ours.
Lawyers – with THAT, we can help! MEAD LAW is owned and operated by Martin Mead, with a team of several attorneys working of counsel, to cover your legal needs.
DRIVERS LICENSE RESTORATION: Martin Mead – often referred to as the GURU of drivers license restoration – has put thousands of drivers back on the road — not tens, not hundreds – THOUSANDS. With a one-price, flat fee guarantee!
Guarantee? Lawyers can’t guarantee results. That’s correct, we can’t; but Martin charges ONE set fee (and no hidden fees) for your drivers license restoration case. One fee — what’s the catch? Well, there is always a catch: If you’re arrested for a drug or alcohol offense along the way, the deal is off, and no refund. You can’t get a license if you’re doing drugs or alcohol anyway, now can you? No, you can’t — so, not much of a risk.
FLAT FEES
We have several flat fees depending on what you need. The simple fact is that getting back your drivers license is not a “one size fits all” matter. Are you a graduate of a treatment Court? Do you live in another state? Can you bypass the whole Secretary of State system and go directly to Circuit Court? Have you been revoked for an interlock violation? Do you have a medical condition? Do you need to appeal a denial to Circuit Court?
We decided charging one fee to all was not fair to the people who had the simpler fix. So we charge a reasonable, fair, flat fee depending on what YOU need. We believe FAIR is the key. No sneaky “lawyery” type thing going here. It is what it is. We will tell you right at the start — and won’t even send you a bill until you are ready to request a hearing. If you get started and life gets in the way, no problem! Call us when you feel ready.
There are a lot of factors involved in deciding when to seek a license. Sometimes you are left with no choice due to employment or ride situations. Sometimes people just don’t feel ready, or they feel overwhelmed by prior failed attempts. We get that. Sometimes we may even feel you are not ready and tell you so. But if that’s the case, we will give you suggestions on how you can get ready to present a winning case. Every time you go to a hearing and lose, you are just making it much harder for the next time.
That is where having a lawyer who has gone through the Hearing process is invaluable. We have been doing license work for over 35 years. Thousands of successful appeals and Circuit Court actions. So the question becomes are we the right place for you? Glitzy web pages, Google positioning, all this is well and good — but how do you choose a lawyer, look at their reviews? I wouldn’t, reviews can be like salting a gold mine. Great testimonials, never hurts. But my advice is that it’s just like getting a good mechanic or good dentist. Ask your friends, ask people who have gone through it. What was their experience? If you do that, I think you will be better served then anything you will find online.
How does he do it?
It’s not the luck of the Irish – it’s knowledge of the law, a thorough, in-depth knowledge – not just some guy with a good web site that knows enough to call Martin to ask what to do (yes, Martin gets calls from many other lawyers seeking his knowledge weekly, lawyers who advertise that they are “experts” on the web).
It’s 30 YEARS of dealing with the Secretary of State and the Courts. It’s having a crack staff. Like having the bench of lawyers ready for emergencies, having long-standing relationships with assessors and substance abuse professionals to give you a fair and honest evaluation, AND researching and writing. Paralegal Cat Perrigo organizing and arranging, taking calls, getting info, putting it together. Then the most important part — knowing what’s coming. Spending some hours (yeah HOURS, not “an hour” or, with some of these guys, a few minutes before a hearing), we do mean HOURS with Martin, preparing, getting your ducks in a row and your wheels on the road.
